Research Study Groups – email and recordings

A quick news item about two new developments to support the Research Study Group meetings:

  • The first is that we’ve now set up a CCP research email group, like the existing CCP members’ group, but specifically to support discussion and sharing about psychotherapy research.
  • And the other is that we’re trying out digital recordings of the RSG meetings, so if you missed the last meeting on 7 November you can now download and listen to a recording. BBC iPlayer watch out!

New Clinical Practice Groups

[ October 17, 2009; 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. November 21, 2009; 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. December 12, 2009; 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. ] From September 2009, the Practice Groups for CCP members will be replaced by CLINICAL PRACTICE GROUPS.

Feedback has shown us that the widest held desire from this slot is a Clinical Practice Group, with specific reference to the Case Studies requirement for Registration. These peer-lead groups will provide a supplement to, not a replacement of, peoples

New Research Study Groups

The change of name for this service is to emphasise that the purpose of the groups is to support trainee and accredited psychotherapists to meet their Masters level study and project requirements in research for Registration as a Psychotherapist [...]
