Assistance with relationship issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, bereavement, mild OCDs, anger management, co-dependency. Offering ‘talking’ psychotherapy for individuals and equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP) for individuals & groups. EAP is facilitated by 2 Co-Facilitators with knowledge & experience in mental health and horse psychology. It involves activities with horses to learn about patterns & dynamics in life outside the therapy space. Any of the above mentioned issues are appropriate for the EAP work which I offer.
